My another RPM experiences...



My last RPM is almost about years ago, where during that time when with Mr Theng n Mr KK Lim. This time(today), i did it myself...Today i purposely off from my work earlier so that i can rush to the RPM class which start 7pm. Since rushing to there, no time for dinner or even have some small snacks before the RPM.

Ok, managed to attend the class before it start..Chose bike, then start...First 5 min, NO RASA, like normal bicycle session, and increase the difficulties without doubt. After another 5 min, this time FUCK DY... MY leg is tired, MY hand is tired...But still manage to upkeep with the instructor... Diu la...Diu la... Further 5min, i already in "HITTING THE WALL" zone.

Hitting the wall describes a condition caused by the depletion of glycogen stores in the liver and muscles, which manifests itself by precipitous fatigue and loss of energy. Milder instances can be remedied by brief rest and the ingestion of food or drinks containing carbohydrates. After 15min, i already in a BIG FUCK REGRET...My mind start have a converstation to my body...which something like this..

Brain: Sohai...why torture yourself in such way..you already knw RPM will be tiring
Body: Diu..diu...diu
Brain: You should watch drama a home, can sit comfortably and no need like tis now...
Body: FUCK..FUCK..FUCK...
Brain: You see...you see yourself ....SOHAI....
Body: Aiyah..when this all gonna end.....
Brain: Why not you just go out from this class, then you mai can relax lo....
Body: WHEN CAN STOP AR......

The instructor keep asking " GIVE ME A BIG TURN (increase cycling restrain to add difficulties)"..."COME ON...BIG TURN".."COME ON...FEEL THE MUSIC"... All the motivating words seems have no effect with me ..my mind only thinking "DIU...QUICK QUICK END LA...WANNA PENGSAN DY...STILL HOW LONG AR....POKKAI..POKKAI.". Me really feel dizzy during cycling, but me keep forcing myself not to faint in class..IF NOT ar, i think i gonna be a history in that class for fainting in the class...

Anyhow, i FORCE 9 myself to peddle till the last song....It was amazing, i still can finish the class..phew... Eh, sure i cheat a lot during the class la...the instructor said turn a big round then me reduce the round la...HEHEHE
